Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop sales strategies to achieve business objectives, including market expansion and penetration.
Plan and execute sales activities to drive revenue growth in assigned territory.
Build strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to increase brand visibility.
Identify opportunities for product placement in modern trade channels (e.g., supermarkets) to expand distribution network.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.

Desired Candidate Profile

8-13 years of experience in FMCG industry with a focus on Modern Trade Sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective planning and execution.
Strong understanding of Sales Strategy, Sales Planning, Market Expansion, and Market Penetration concepts.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (distributors) as well as external ones (customers).
Ability to analyze data insights from various sources (market research reports) to inform business decisions.
