ServiceNow IRM Developer to support the implementation and customization of the ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) platform, with a strong focus on Policy & Compliance. The role involves initial IRM setup, configuration of PoC applications, control customization, entity scoping, and development of custom reports aligned with business and regulatory requirements.

• Perform initial setup and base configuration of ServiceNow IRM Policy & Compliance modules as per customer requirements.
• Configure PoC applications, including setting up contact partners and foundational IRM components.
• Import and manage custom controls and compliance documents into the IRM framework.
• Configure Entity Scoping in alignment with ServiceNow GRC Architecture and organizational structures.
• Customize Controls, Control Objectives, and related components to align with Business Activity Model (BAM) requirements.
• Adapt PoC applications to meet client-specific compliance and governance needs (e.g., Bertelsmann-specific requirements).
• Configure and enhance OOTB IRM reports and dashboards.
• Work closely with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate compliance requirements into technical solutions.
• Support testing, UAT, and deployment activities for IRM implementations.
• Provide documentation and knowledge transfer for configured solutions.

2. ServiceNow IRM / GRC certification
