We are inviting applications for the role of Record to Report
*Work location: Bangalore / Hyderabad (only work from office)
*Graduation: Only commerce graduates are eligible
*Experience: 2-12 years of exp. in record to report domain
*Shift: Flexible with any shifts
In this role, we require someone with extensive knowledge and experience in, Record to Report- Servicing of Loans & Leasing portfolio which would primarily involve account maintenance, bank reconciliations, payment processing, invoicing and investor reporting.
Responsibilities
- Provide R2R transaction processing and ensuring delivery quality in terms of accuracy, completeness and timeliness daily
- Process Standard Monthly Journal
- Intercompany & Bank reconciliation and confirmation
- Sub-Ledger vs General-Ledger reconciliation review
- Execute projects detail work and ensure all reporting requirement are met.
- Ensure all activities on the MEC are updated.
- Prepare monthly Balance Sheet schedules & reconciliation
- Resolve general accounting and reporting issues in consultation with the Team Lead
- Assist and support the Team Leads in the implementation of project initiatives e.g. CERPs,
- Execute work in accordance with the service management framework by providing timely and accurate customer service.
- Review backlog and cycle time reports to improve process flow times.
- Ensure stakeholders queries are attended to and resolved in a timely, responsible and proactive manner.
- Identify, recommend and implement solutions upon Team Leads confirmation for continuous improvement opportunities.
- Support new and existing team members through accurate knowledge transfer; sharing of resource, knowledge and experience and standard methodology thereby ensuring quality is maintained through any staff transition.
- Strong analytical skills to understand process issues and provide solution basis on process requirements.
- Drive Continuous improvements by quality initiatives.
Others
- Ensure all SLAs/KPIs are met as per agreed in client contract.
- SOPs to referred while processing and all recent changes are updated immediately.
- Errors are reported on the error tracker on daily basis.
- All knowledge gaps are reported to FLM to seek guidance.

- M.com / MBA/ B.com
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Good Written/Verbal Communication
- MS Excel Knowledge, Pivot, VLOOKUP, Macros, Power Bi
- Quality Lean/Process Improvement knowledge
