Required GCP Looker Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Looker Development Design, build, and maintain LookML models, explores, and reusable data components.
• Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations aligned with business needs.
• Implement data governance, access control, and content organization in Looker. Optimize LookML code for performance, maintainability, and scalability.
• GCP & Data Engineering Integration
• Work with GCP data services such as BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Cloud Composer, Dataform, etc.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure clean, curated, and performant datasets for Looker consumption.
• Understand and implement ETL/ELT pipelines to support analytical requirements. Analytics & Business Support Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Deliver insightful analysis and data solutions to support decision-making across teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data quality, modeling, and visualization issues.
• Quality, Standards & Collaboration Maintain coding standards, documentation, and version control for LookML repositories.
• Conduct peer reviews of LookML and SQL code.
• Work in an Agile development environment, contributing to sprint planning and continuous improvement.
