Role Summary
The Consultant Doctor is responsible for diagnosing hair and skin conditions, providing expert consultations, recommending appropriate treatments, and ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction through personalized care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient consultations by understanding concerns, medical history, and expectations.
- Diagnose hair and skin conditions and recommend suitable treatment plans.
- Educate patients on available treatments, products, and expected outcomes.
- Utilize in-depth product and service knowledge to address patient queries effectively.
- Promote clinic services and products aligned with patient needs.
- Handle and resolve patient complaints by identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
- Maintain accurate records and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Provide feedback to management regarding product/service improvements and market trends.
- Collaborate with Branch Managers and cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with patients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in BAMS / BHMS / BNYS / BSMS / BDS (Internship completed)
- Valid medical registration/license
Required Skills
- Strong diagnostic and clinical assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Fluency in Telugu (mandatory) and good English communication
- Empathy and patient-centric approach
- Active listening and problem-solving skills
- Relationship-building and customer handling skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Training Policy
- Mandatory online training for up to 2 weeks
- Salary provided from Day 1 of joining
