Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and tasks.
- Handle customer relationships through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of correspondence, reports, and other documents using CRM software.
- Provide administrative support to senior executives as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in calendar management tools (e.g., Google Calendar) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity.
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer relationship building.

WORKING DAYS - MON-SAT
