Job Description
Role: Machine Learning Engineer
Locations: Hyderabad / Chennai / Noida / Bangalore
Work Mode: Hybrid (1 day in office, remaining days WFH)
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
Role & responsibilities
- Proven experience in building and deploying ML systems for live production environments.
- Hands-on expertise with a variety of ML models used in production (candidates should be able to list several).
- Experience developing and maintaining real-time recommendation systems.
- Strong background in building and deploying neural networks (e.g., CNNs, Transformers) for live systems.
- Deep understanding of training challenges such as vanishing gradients and how to address them.
- Demonstrated ability to deploy ML models or fine-tuned models to serve live predictions in production (beyond notebooks or demos).
- Experience monitoring models in production, identifying performance degradation over time, and implementing solutions to maintain accuracy and reliability.
- Familiarity with model versioning tools such as MLFlow or equivalent frameworks for managing production ML workflows.
- Experience in fine-tuning large pre-trained models (preferred but not mandatory).
