Job Description

5+ Years of experience in Python development, 2-3 years of experience in AI/ML scripting and model writing.
Strong Python development for building scalable AI solutions.
Design agent-based architectures with multi-step reasoning workflows.
Work with LangChain and LangGraph to orchestrate LLM pipelines.
Implement observability and traceability to track requests end-to-end.
Debug and optimize agent workflows and model interactions.
Design testing and evaluation frameworks for LLM outputs.
Validate outputs against ground truth and structured checks.
Enable automated regression testing to ensure consistent model performance.
