Key Responsibilities

Sales Generation: Proactively sell life insurance products to prospective clients through telecalling, direct meetings, or digital campaigns.
Lead Conversion: Handle inbound/outbound leads provided by the company, including branch walk-ins or web leads, to close sales
Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Customer Advice: Understand customer needs and provide customized insurance product recommendations.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas and KPIs.
Documentation: Ensure accurate completion of policy documents and adherence to compliance guidelines.
