The key responsibilities of this function include:

  • To ensure that guests have a fulfilling stay by coordinating guest activities.
  • To conduct member meet on daily basis to keep guests informed of the resort activities.
  • To attend and supervise front office staff meetings.
  • To market the resort to potential customers.
  • To collect guest feedback and analyze it in coordination with Department Head, Resort Manager and Head Office, with regard to significant suggestions or complaints.
  • To handle guest complaints in coordination with other departments.
  • To coordinate the events that are organized for the guests at the resort.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile


HM Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management, with overall 3-6 yrs. of experience.
