Job Description
Role & responsibilities
We are looking for professionals with hands-on experience in:
US Residential Mortgage #Underwriting
strong communication
Shifts-Flexible
The ideal candidate should have 2 Years of experience of independently underwriting residential mortgage loans, expert analytical skills with DU & LP experience
Applied comprehensive knowledge of the 4Cs of underwriting (Credit, Capacity, Collateral & Cash)
- Should have minimum 12 months of Underwriting/Re-underwriting Mortgage experience in Conventional, FHA & VA loans (Government) products
- May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty or a graduation degree for India operations and high school diploma for US Operations
- Familiar with standard mortgage concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Should have working knowledge with any Mortgage loan origination application.
- Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Performs a variety of tasks.
- Excellent mathematical and statistical aptitude.
- A certain degree of creativity and latitude as expected
