Job Summary
Location: Noida, India
As a Junior Executive Graphic Designer, you will drive impactful contributions and focus on outcomes. You will be a key member of the [Agile Studio - GBC] team, collaborating with Agile Studio, or Stakeholders and teams. You will be responsible for creating a wide range of high-impact creative assets, including but not limited to:
Brochures
Case Studies
Whitepapers
Emailers / Mail Campaigns
Social Media Posts
Presentation Formatting
Deal Support Creatives & Documents
This role demands a strong sense of creativity, innovation, and a consistently positive mindset. All deliverables should reflect a high level of professionalism, visual appeal, and strategic alignment with business goals. You are expected to bring fresh ideas, maintain brand consistency, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to deliver compelling and results-driven content
Responsibilities:
Develop impactful deal support templates that align with brand guidelines and enhance client engagement.
Design and produce marketing collaterals such as brochures, booklets, booth graphics, and infographics with a strong visual appeal.
Create digital assets including whitepapers, case studies, banners, and emailers to support campaigns and thought leadership initiatives.
Design social media creatives for platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and website advertisements to drive audience interaction.
Format and enhance presentations for client meetings and internal leadership reviews, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and brand consistency.

Experience:
35 years in the creative design field, supporting diverse deliverables such as:
Presentation Formatting: Professional PowerPoint design for client and internal leadership.
Print Collaterals: Brochures, booklets, posters, standees, and booth design.
Digital Platforms: Creative assets for LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and other channels.
Technical Expertise:
Adobe Creative Suite: Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat.
MS Office Tools: Strong skills in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Required skills:
Familiarity with Canva, Figma, HTML, and emerging AI-based design tools.
Strong Visual Design Knowledge Ability to create aesthetically appealing and brand-consistent designs.
Collaborative Team Player Works effectively within cross-functional teams.
