Job Description

Job Profile:

• 5 days working-work from office
• Fixed graveyard shifts (1am-10am)
• Both side cabs

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs for international voice process, focusing on soft skills, TTT (Train the Trainer), and voice processing techniques.
  
• Conduct training analysis to identify gaps in employee performance and develop targeted solutions.
  
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products/services to effectively train employees.
  
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and interactive learning materials.
  
• Provide coaching support to trainees during their on-the-job training.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre industry with expertise in process training, soft skills training, TTT, training analysis, and voice processing.
  
• Strong knowledge of international voice processes and ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements.
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
