Domestic Voice Process (Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam)

Role: Customer Support Voice Process

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in Tamil, Kannada, or Malayalam.
• Provide customer support and resolve queries effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum 10+2 or Graduate.
• Eligibility: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Note: Candidates currently pursuing studies are not eligible.
• Languages: Proficiency in Tamil, Kannada, or Malayalam (any one or more).

• Work Schedule:
• 5-day working week (Work from Office).
• Rotational week offs.
• Day rotational shifts.
• Transport: No cab facility provided.
