We are actively looking for Customer Support Executive!!!


Designation - Customer Support Executive

Location- Malad, Mumbai

Shifts - 5 days working with 2 rotational week offs (Including Night Shifts)

Immediate Joiner Preferred


Role & responsibilities


  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Provide product information and support.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.
  • Collaborate with teams to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Meet customer satisfaction targets and performance metrics.
