Job Description

Opening: Trainee Production Associate ( In a reputed Bio Pharma Company-Veterinary)

Freshers only B.Sc Biotechnology / Micro biology / Chemistry / Life Sciences only

B.Sc or M.sc from batches 2023/2024/2025

Aggregate 50% above in all subjects in UG or PG must

Stipend- 16000/17000 in hand monthly

Rotational Shifts and Rotational offs

Work Location : IDA, Pashamylaram-Patancheruvu Sangareddy -502307

Selected candidates will have Bus facility from pick up points mentioned by Company

Only Male candidates 20 to 28 years below only

and continuous improvement to achieve high-quality and consistent production output.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Perform aseptic cell culture operations, including thawing, seeding, passaging, and harvesting.

2. Prepare culture media, buffers, and reagents as per approved procedures.

3. Operate, monitor, and maintain bioreactors and associated upstream equipment.

4. Maintain batch documentation, logbooks, and production records as per GMP.

5. Follow EHS, aseptic, and contamination-control practices in the production area.

6. Support process optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

GMP Documentation & Compliance
Cross-Functional Support & Continuous Improvement

GENERAL NOTES:

Maintain cleanliness and controlled environmental conditions inside the production facility.
Strict adherence to gowning procedures, contamination-control practices, and safety guidelines.
Demonstrate teamwork, discipline, and responsibility to support uninterrupted production.
Be willing to work in shifts, weekends, and as per production requirements.

Note: Transportation will be provided from SR.Nagar to the Plant Location . Pick up and Drop will be Eligible

Note: No Accommodation provided

Note: We require only Male candidates for this position

Note: Strictly other than Science Graduates ( B.Tech /M.Tech/ MCA/ MBA ) will be rejected
