Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Develop and implement effective employee engagement strategies to boost morale and productivity.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate fit and competency.
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, compensation, and performance management.
Handle background verification for new hires and manage offer/appointment letter issuance.
Oversee HR business partner activities for various functions and support timely goal setting exercise, mid-year, and annual appraisals.
Assist new joiners with onboarding submissions in One HR portal and create employee profiles in One HR.
Implement action plans and new projects from corporate related to HR at the plant level.
Support organization development initiatives and learning & development leadership behavior training.
Organize fun at work activities to enhance workplace culture and celebrate festivals like Holi, indoor games, and outdoor games.
Job Requirements
MBA degree required.
Proven experience in HR, focusing on talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
