Role Overview


The Global Demand Generation Leader is responsible for designing and executing PROLIMs global demand generation strategy across North America, India, and ANZ markets. This role leads the SDR organization and regional demand generation initiatives to drive qualified pipeline growth, accelerate revenue, and strengthen strategic partnerships with ecosystem partners such as Salesforce, Siemens, and Snowflake.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketing leader with deep experience in B2B enterprise technology, digital marketing, and outbound pipeline development.


Location: Bangalore, India (US Shift) + Evening Overlap


Key Responsibilities

  • Own the global demand generation strategy aligned with revenue targets
    Build and scale a high-performing SDR organization across regions
    Develop multi-channel pipeline programs including outbound, ABM, digital campaigns, and partner marketing
    Partner closely with global sales leadership to align marketing pipeline targets with revenue goals
    Establish pipeline metrics including MQL, SQL, opportunity creation, and revenue attribution
    Oversee campaign execution across email, LinkedIn, events, webinars, and partner initiatives
    Implement and optimize marketing automation and CRM workflows
  • Analyze performance data and continuously improve campaign ROI and conversion rates
    Develop scalable playbooks for SDR outreach, lead qualification, and pipeline generation
    Manage regional demand generation leads and ensure consistent global execution

Qualifications


  • 10+ years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing
    5+ years leading global SDR or pipeline teams
    Strong experience with enterprise SaaS, cloud, AI, PLM, or manufacturing technology markets
    Deep expertise in CRM and marketing automation platforms
    Proven experience generating enterprise pipeline and driving revenue growth
    Strong analytical mindset with experience using marketing data and performance dashboards

  • Pipeline generated by marketing and SDR team
    MQL SQL conversion rate
    SDR meeting-to-opportunity conversion
    Campaign ROI and pipeline velocity
    Revenue contribution from demand generation programs
