Job Description

Role Overview


The SDR is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for the sales organization through outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline generation. SDRs work closely with marketing and sales teams to engage potential customers and schedule meetings with account executives.


Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach
    Identify key decision makers within target accounts
    Qualify inbound and outbound leads using defined qualification frameworks
    Schedule discovery meetings for sales teams
    Maintain accurate prospect data in CRM
    Collaborate with marketing on messaging and campaign feedback
    Participate in ongoing sales training and product enablement

Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years in sales development, inside sales, or business development
    Strong communication and relationship-building skills
    Experience using CRM platforms
    Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools
    Highly motivated and target-driven mindset

Success Metrics

  • Meetings booked with qualified prospects
    Pipeline generated
    Conversion rates from outreach to meeting
    Activity metrics (calls, emails, LinkedIn touches)
