Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications
Conduct user research and analyze user behavior to improve design decisions
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
Ensure consistency in design across all platforms
Continuously improve user experience based on feedback and data

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles
Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
Good understanding of responsive design and usability
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS is a plus
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
