Job Description
Essential Functions Well versed in test strategy, test case creation, test execution, bug submission and bug management through the test and bug management tool Performs complex test design and understands complex, positive and negative real-world scenarios independently Drives clarity and understanding of new features by actively considering and utilizing scenarios that are beyond acceptance criteria and team discussions Implements new and improved testing concepts, types, techniques, and tools to streamline test efforts and enhance the quality and efficiency of deliverables Maintains a solid understanding of the test and integration environments required to execute QE responsibilities effectively and on time Collaborates with geographically distributed teams Thorough knowledge on Agile methodologies Works with Azure DevOps for test case management and tracking Utilizes automation or scripting tools; experience with MSTest in the NET framework for BDD-style automation is preferred Demonstrates new Features and functionality during Sprint reviews and Client demos Performs installation / deployment / upgrades, troubleshooting, effective root-cause analysis, and defect investigation activities Uses MS SQL Server and SQL queries to validate system behavior, analyze data impacts, verify backend workflows, and support debugging and defect rootcause analysis Skills Needed To Be Successful Proficiency in reading German to work effectively with product versions localized for German-speaking customers Ability to think creatively, identify alternatives, and generate new ideas necessary to achieve a goal Ability and willingness to make decisions that represent the best course of action out of the available options to achieve a desired result Proficiency in AI/CoPilot usage is essential, particularly in design and development, to drive productivity increases Knowledge in Prompt Engineering is important, along with the ability to leverage CoPilot Agent/LLM models effectively Candidates should be skilled in automating testing and defect analysis processes The use of AI-driven tools for code review and optimization is another critical area we need to validate Certification in AI is an advantage Strong capability in analyzing and validating data using SQL, especially in troubleshooting backend behaviors and data inconsistencies Handson experience with MS SQL Server for inspecting schema structures, querying datasets, and supporting technical investigations Hard Skills Ability to query data across various technologies to understand how the data is impacted by user actions Proficiency in writing, executing, and optimizing SQL queries, including joins, aggregations, and troubleshooting data issues Experience with MS SQL Server, including understanding of relational schema, stored procedures, views, and data flows across modules Ability to represent software workflows, architecture, entities, and relationships via different visual and/or language methods Ability to perform root cause analysis to identify the most important contributing factor(s) to an issue Ability to closely estimate task durations and complete work projects as scheduled Ability to work methodically in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment Excellent attention to detail and follow-up Required Experience Education Bachelors degree in Engineering or related discipline or equivalent relevant work experience 2-4 years experience working with quality engineering and development life cycles, software testing methodologies, and quality assurance Preferred Experience Education Knowledge on EU healthcare domain, especially Germany Knowledge on Cloud based application testingJob Classification
