Process: Customer Relationship Manager

Eligibility :

Minimum 1 year of experience in CRM / Customer Service
Immediate joiners preferred

Required Skills:

Good communication skills in English
Fluency in at least one regional language: Hindi / Marathi / Bengali / Gujarati / Tamil
Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of CRM tools

Shift: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Day Shift)
Salary:

23,000 In-hand
25,000 CTC
