Job Description

Role: Inventory & Sales Coordinator

This is a full-time, in-store role responsible for managing daily sales, customer interactions, inventory coordination, and smooth operations across warehouse, store, and online platforms.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales & Customer Interaction

  • Handle in-store sales and assist walk-in customers with product selection.
  • Manage Instagram DMs and phone inquiries; ensure timely responses.
  • Process website queries and ensure customers receive accurate updates.
  • Support online sales through platforms like Instagram, website, and phone orders.

Inventory & Warehouse Management

  • Track inventory levels daily and identify items that need replenishment.
  • Accurately record and update incoming stock in the store and warehouse.
  • Manage warehouse organization, stock movement, and all inventory operations.
  • Upload new products online and update stock details on the website.
  • Maintain inventory software entries for manual stock updates and inventory records.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Prepare order slips and packaging slips for dispatches.
  • Coordinate with courier partners for timely pickup and delivery.
  • Ensure order processing is smooth, accurate, and on schedule.

Store Operations & Upkeep

  • Manage store purchases and admin supplies.
  • Maintain cleanliness, visual merchandising, and overall store ambiance.
  • Ensure the store looks welcoming, organized, and brand-appropriate at all times.

Qualifications

  • Fresher to 2 years of experience in retail operations, inventory management, store sales.
  • Experience handling customer queries via Instagram, WhatsApp, or phone is preferred.
  • Familiarity with inventory software like Vyapar (or willingness to learn).
  • Comfortable handling warehouse coordination and physical stock movement.
  • Strong communication skills and customer-service mindset.

General Requirements

  • Comfortable working 6 days a week (Sunday included; 1 weekly weekday off).
  • Punctual, reliable, and committed to maintaining high operational standards.
  • Ability to multitask between store sales, inventory tasks, and online inquiries.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stock management.
  • Familiarity with sales software, CRM tools, Google Sheets, excel and WhatsApp Business.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, respect for handcrafted products and artisan work.
  • Ability to thrive in a small, fast-growing, creative retail environment.
