Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret complex datasets related to marketing performance and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to understand business objectives and translate them into data-driven insights.
• Use Python and ANSI-SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and advanced analysis.
• Merge data from multiple source systems while ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Clean, transform, and structure data to meet downstream reporting and analytics requirements.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to support business growth and optimization strategies.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment in a hybrid work model.

Skills Required:

• Strong experience working as a Data Analyst in marketing or customer analytics domains.
• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and automation tasks.
• Strong expertise in ANSI-SQL for querying and managing relational databases.
• Experience working closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders.
• Ability to integrate, clean, and transform data from multiple source systems.
• Strong understanding of data analysis techniques, statistical concepts, and reporting practices.
• Excellent analytical thinking and ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey findings effectively.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
