HR Testing Lead @ Leading Client

We are looking for a skilled Testing Lead with 5 to 10 years of experience in HR Technology Testing to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of HR Service Center Launch, HR Ticketing systems, and Workday HR system.

• Lead the testing team in designing and implementing comprehensive test plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
• Develop and maintain automated testing scripts using various tools and technologies.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality testing services to meet business needs.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in HR testing.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Technology Testing or related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR Service Center Launch, HR Ticketing systems, and Workday HR system.
• Experience with automation testing tools and technologies is required.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
• Knowledge of shift timings from 1PM to 11PM IST.
