Job Description

Job Title:Business Development Manager - Global SaaS Sales -12 LPA (Including 30% Variables).

Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven International B2B SaaS Sales Executive to drive revenue growth across global markets (primarily US/UK). The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end sales from lead generation to deal closure for our SaaS products.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn).
  • Conduct product demos and effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
  • Engage with international clients (US/UK markets) and understand business needs.
  • Maintain and track sales pipeline using CRM tools .
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve conversions.
  • Build long-term client relationships and drive repeat business.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in B2B SaaS / Software Sales.
  • Proven track record in international sales (US/UK markets preferred) .
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills .
  • Experience in cold calling and outbound sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce / HubSpot / Zoho).
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
