Who Can Apply:Fresh & Experience Graduates & Undergraduate Strong command over English (mandatory)Passionate about hiring and people interactionWilling to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentJob Responsibilities:Source and screen 100+ candidate profiles daily using internal database, job portals, and social media platformsConduct initial telephonic screening to evaluate communication, qualifications, and job fitCoordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managersFollow up with shortlisted candidates to ensure walk-in attendanceMaintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and status sheetsSupport senior recruiters with bulk hiring drives and walk-in eventsBuild a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future job openingsSkills Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication in EnglishBasic understanding of recruitment cycle (training will be provided)Good interpersonal and coordination skillsBasic proficiency in Google Sheets or ExcelConfidence to speak to 100+ candidates dailyWhat Youll Learn:End-to-end recruitment process
Talent sourcing strategies
Candidate engagement and follow-up techniques
Interview coordination and recruitment data management
