Job Description
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Architect/Lead who can drive end-to-end cloud solutioning, architecture design, and advanced troubleshooting across complex, large-scale environments. The ideal candidate should possess deep technical expertise across cloud platforms, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to lead strategic technical initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement end-to-end cloud architecture solutions for enterprise-grade applications.
- Lead advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for critical production and performance issues.
- Define and implement monitoring, logging, and observability frameworks to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Drive cost optimization strategies and ensure efficient utilization of cloud resources.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
- Lead incident management processes, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align cloud architecture with business objectives.
- Ensure best practices for scalability, high availability, performance, and security.
- Make and guide high-level architectural decisions for complex cloud environments.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of overall IT experience, with substantial experience in cloud computing.
- Strong expertise in cloud architecture and end-to-end solution design.
- Proven experience in advanced troubleshooting across distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated ability in cost optimization and cloud governance.
- Solid understanding of incident management and production support.
- Strong experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes).
- Experience working with large-scale, highly available systems.

- Ability to drive architectural vision and decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Experience in leading teams and mentoring engineers.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
