- Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. The primary responsibility of this role will be to perform security testing and identity and access management (IAM) testing on our applications.
- Key Responsibilities:
- 4+ years of experience in Automation testing with strong proficiency in Python.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Pytest, Selenium, Postman, and CI/CD frameworks.
- Strong experience in writing and validating API assertions using Python & Pytest.
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain automation scripts for various modules.
- Debug automation scripts, analyze failures, and maintain accurate test reports.
- Identify, document, track, and manage defects using JIRA or similar tools.
- Experience integrating automation frameworks with CI/CD tools such as Bamboo or GitHub Actions.
- Good understanding of web applications and basic dashboard design using HTML and CSS.
- Solid understanding of Cybersecurity concepts, particularly Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Hands-on experience validating end-to-end identity lifecycle processes, including access requests, certifications, provisioning, and lifecycle events.
- Experience working with SailPoint IIQ, including application onboarding and workflow validation.
- Understanding of directory services such as LDAP and Active Directory.
- Experience with JSON handling and version control tools like GitHub.
- Knowledge of access request and approval workflows.
- Strong understanding of functional, regression, and manual testing concepts.
- Ability to design and execute manual test cases following traditional testing methodologies.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with peers to coordinate automation activities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on security testing and IAM.
- Proficiency in security testing tools and frameworks, such as Burp Suite, Nmap, Metasploit, and OWASP ZAP.
- Hands-on experience in web application security, network security, and identity and access management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex security issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with cloud security concepts and best practices.
