Job Description

Design and implement APIs using MuleSoft Anypoint Studio and Runtime Manager.
Develop integration flows leveraging Mule connectors (HTTP, Database, Salesforce, SFTP, etc.).
Design and implement APIs using Visual Studio and C# within an Azure environment.
Implement error handling frameworks, validation, and transformation logic for robust API design.
Ensure adherence to API governance standards, security protocols (OAuth 2.0, JWT), and compliance requirements.
Build reusable components and templates to accelerate API development.
Integrate APIs with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, and cloud services (Azure/AWS).
Participate in CI/CD pipeline setup for automated deployments and testing.
Conduct performance tuning and optimization of APIs using tools like JMeter.
Collaborate with QA and support teams during SIT/UAT phases to resolve defects and ensure quality delivery.
Adhere to company and regulatory policies & procedures together with mandatory training requirements.
Functional & Behavioural Competencies Required:
Technical / Application Skills:
Strong expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (API Manager, Runtime Manager, Exchange).
Proficiency in OAS 3.0, REST, and SOAP web services.
Strong expertise implementing APIs in Visual Studio and C#
Hands-on experience with Mule flows, scopes, error handling, and data transformation.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps) and Git-based version control.
Knowledge of API security standards and governance practices.
Experience with performance testing and optimization of APIs.
Functional Skills:
Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Clear communication of technical concepts to stakeholders.
Governance orientation ensuring compliance and security by design.
Required Qualifications / Certifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
MuleSoft Certified Developer Level 1 (MCD) (Preferred).
MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect or Platform Architect (Optional).
