Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth through new client acquisition, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly targets, provide coaching, training, and feedback.
  • Build strong relationships with existing clients to retain their loyalty and identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.

Job Requirements :

  • 3-9 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales or related field sales management role.
  • Proven track record of success in client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of IT services & consulting industry landscape.
