Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Relationship Manager Direct Sales to drive business growth, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the expansion of our life insurance and investment product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans for assigned regions
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and expand reach in untapped markets
• Achieve sales and profitability targets while increasing market share
• Maintain high-quality standards in business acquisition
• Manage and utilize sales collaterals effectively
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
• Build and maintain strong relationships with branch customers
• Conduct client meetings and provide suitable financial solutions
• Promote and sell life insurance and investment products

Eligibility Criteria
• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline
• Up to 1 year of experience in life insurance or insurance sales preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
