Job Description

    Hiring: Business Development Manager (BDM) NPS Channel (Life Insurance)

    Location: Vadodara / Banaskantha
    CTC: Up to 4 LPA
    Age Criteria: 21 38 Years


    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Drive sales for NPS (National Pension Scheme) channel
    • Generate leads and acquire new customers
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
    • Achieve sales targets and business growth
    • Conduct field visits and client meetings

    Eligibility Criteria:

    • Graduate (mandatory)
    • Experience in sales (insurance/financial products preferred)
    • Good communication and convincing skills

    Skills Required:

    • Sales and negotiation skills
    • Target-oriented approach
    • Relationship management
    • Basic knowledge of insurance/NPS is an advantage
