Job Description
JOB OBJECTIVE
Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate communication on authentically resourced latest scientific information to HCPs. MA will be responsible for timely training and guiding commercial teams on appropriate scientific communication and directing the trends in therapy for best strategic planning on the life-cycle of the brands. MA will also be responsible for resolving technical queries from HCPs along with providing business compliance and regulatory norms as per the geography. MA will be included in various projects for the personal growth and increased exposures in the scientific domain like Conference participation through Posters, Abstracts, manuscript development, etc.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS / DEVELOPMENTAL EXPERIENCES
MD in Microbiology, 0-2 years of experience
- To train marketing and field staff on disease and therapy during induction and new product launches.
- To conceptualise and organise medical conferences including selection of topic for CMEs/RTM/Symposium.
- To conduct regular meetings & disseminate latest scientific information to KOLS and trend setters (TS).
- To undertake medical writing for various regulatory submissions as well as internal purposes. To interact with Clinicians or Patient Advocacy group to increase awareness & importance of organizations products
- To actively collaborate with and support marketing teams for brand promotions
- To collaborate with New Product Identification team for identifying and evaluating new business opportunities
