Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Plan and ensure availability of manpower across all levels as per factory requirements.
  • Handle endtoend recruitment for workmen, staff, and contract manpower including sourcing, interviews, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Manage employee engagement initiatives aligned with factory business goals.
  • Oversee contract labour management and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, CLRA).
  • Improve workforce productivity through training, multiskilling, and talent development programs.
  • Ensure employee welfare facilities as per Factories Act and support CSR initiatives.
  • Handle grievance redressal and maintain discipline as per standing orders and labour laws.
  • Manage payroll processing, HR MIS, and ensure timely statutory payments and returns.

Preferred candidate profile


  • MSW / MBA (HR) Regular fulltime
  • 27 years of HR experience in manufacturing / factory environment
  • Exposure to recruitment, factory HR operations, and statutory compliance
