Job Description
The role involves smooth HR operations including onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance management, and employee engagement.
Role & responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the onboarding process, ensuring smooth joining and documentation completion.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
- Support payroll data preparation, validation, and coordination with the payroll team.
- Monitor and manage attendance and leave records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in implementing and driving employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR operations roles.
