Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Test Lead with 2 to 15 years of experience to join our team in Telangana. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing and quality assurance, with excellent leadership skills.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure high-quality software products.
  • Lead and manage a team of testers, providing guidance and mentorship to help them achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and product management, to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with the development team to resolve issues.
  • Develop and maintain automated testing scripts using tools like Selenium or Appium.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing.
Job Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Experience with automation testing tools like Selenium or Appium.
  • Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
  • Familiarity with defect tracking tools like Jira or TFS.
