Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale technical programs across multiple teams
• Define program scope, goals, timelines, and success metrics
• Drive planning, execution, risk management, and delivery
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Design, and Business stakeholders
• Track program progress and provide regular status updates to leadership
• Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and proactively resolve them
• Establish best practices for program management, processes, and documentation
• Ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives
• Facilitate sprint planning, release management, and post-launch reviews
• Manage stakeholder communication and expectations effectively

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5 years of experience in program/project management in a technical environment
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar
