Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through field visits, references, and open market sourcing
Sell life insurance products directly to customers by understanding their needs
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Conduct client meetings and explain insurance plans clearly
Cross-sell and upsell insurance products
Ensure timely renewal of policies and customer retention
Maintain proper documentation and follow compliance guidelines
Provide after-sales service and resolve customer queries
