Job Description:
We are looking for a German & English Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in both German and English and be passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in German customer support
B2 level German certification is mandatory
Good command of English (spoken and written)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Immediate joiners preferred

Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via calls, emails, or chat in German and English
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Follow company processes and guidelines
