About the role - Assess clients existing IT infrastructure (compute, storage, network, virtualization, cloud platforms) to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities aligned to business strategy.
- During the Pre-Sales phase, owns the solution end-to-end, including the service wrap. Acting as the bid solution lead, he/she ensures the coherence of the technical response provided to the client, serving as the technology strategist and advisor for the bid.
- Conduct infrastructure discovery and readiness assessments, including capacity, performance, availability, security, and compliance reviews.
- Design high-level and detailed target-state infrastructure architectures, covering on-premises, hybrid, and multi-cloud (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) environments.
- Prepare infrastructure business cases including costbenefit analysis, TCO/ROI models, and scenario comparisons to support client investment decisions.
- Provide guidance on infrastructure security controls, resilience, backup and recovery, and disaster recovery achitecture in line with regulatory and internal risk requirements.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders (IT, security, operations, finance, and business units) to understand requirements, define scope, and validate solution options.
- Work with delivery teams to translate advisory recommendations into implementation packages, ensuring traceability from requirements to design and build.
- Support in RFP/RFI processes, including defining technical requirements, evaluating vendor responses, and contributing to vendor selection.
- Define and maintain enterprise infrastructure architecture standards, frameworks, and roadmaps.
- Produce high-quality consulting deliverables such as assessments, architecture documents, strategy decks, and status reports for senior management and C-level stakeholders.
- Contribute to practice development by creating reusable methodologies, templates, accelerators, and thought leadership in enterprise infrastructure and cloud.
About you Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure domains: Typically 1012+ years of experience in IT infrastructure consulting, architecture roles, with at least part of that in Client-facing and Advisory work.
Demonstrated experience in infrastructure assessments, architecture/design, and producing documented recommendations for senior stakeholders

Proven experience in designing and leading infrastructure transformations and hybrid IT environments.
Certifications (preferred): AWS/Azure Architect, Cisco (CCDE/CCIE), VMware VCDX, etc.
Consulting competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly assess complex infrastructure landscapes and propose pragmatic solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and senior executives.
- Proven ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams and manage workstreams or small teams in the context of larger transformation projects.
- Ability to manage multiple client priorities, work to deadlines, and maintain high quality deliverables in a consulting environment.
