Rusan Medisys is looking for a Team Lead - Medical Coder with experience in E/M coding (Inpatient & Outpatient). If you're passionate about accuracy and compliance in medical coding, this opportunity is for you!

Roles & Responsibilities:

Validate medical records and charge information for compliance
Update changes after physician acknowledgment
Assign accurate diagnosis and CPT codes as per ICD-10 and CPT-4 systems
Analyze insurance denials and identify solutions
Ensure coding and billing align with regulations

Qualifications:

7 - 12 years of experience in Medical Coding
Prior experience in E/M coding (Inpatient & Outpatient) or Surgery coding
Strong knowledge of medical terminologies & regulatory requirements

Looking for a certified coder who can handle responsibilities independently.
