Designation: Team Lead Medical Coding (E&M)

Key Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in medical coding, including at least 1 year in a leadership role
Strong expertise in E&M Coding; Gastro specialty experience is mandatory
Exposure to procedural coding, denial management, and anesthesia coding will be an added advantage
Proven ability to handle multiple specialties effectively
Experience in leading and managing a team of at least 20 coders
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to monitor team performance, ensure productivity, and maintain quality standards
