Senior Manager TA (Senior Recruiter)

Main assignments Indicate the main activities / duties to be conducted in the job.

  • Lead end-to-end hiring for IT and Digital roles across domains.
  • Partner with TDDI leaders to understand workforce plans, role criticality, skills evolution, and deliver niche and high-impact talent solutions.
  • Build targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles including leadership and emerging tech areas (AI, ML, Cloud, DevOps, SAP).
  • Map global talent trends in tech, compensation benchmarks, competitor intelligence, and propose data-backed hiring solutions.
  • Manage recruiter productivity and hiring funnel metrics, ensuring SLA, TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and diversity goals are met.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with specialized recruitment agencies, talent platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter), and universities for tech hiring.
  • Collaborate with Employer Branding and TA CoEs to drive recruitment marketing and tech talent branding initiatives.
  • Stay updated on evolving technology stacks, skills trends, and hiring challenges to ensure forward-looking talent strategies.
  • Ensure ATS compliance, audit readiness, and accurate data documentation for all hiring processes.
  • Ensure formalities from sourcing till onboarding.

To lead and manage the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for Technology, Digital, Data, and Innovation (TDDI) roles. The role partners closely with business leaders, HRBPs, and global stakeholders to build a scalable talent acquisition engine for niche, technical, and leadership hiring needs. This position plays a critical role in mapping digital talent, aligning with evolving tech landscapes, enhancing sourcing strategies, and ensuring compliance and delivery excellence through hiring governance, analytics, and employer branding.


Job Scope include the volumes, relationships and span of control managed by the position.

Relationships : TDDI Stakeholders/ Center Director/ HRBPs

Person Specification Indicate the skills, knowledge, and experience that the job holder should require to conduct the role effectively

  • Degree in Human Resources, Technology, or related field.
  • 1012 years of progressive experience in IT Talent Acquisition, with experience in hiring

across domains like Data & Digital, Security, Engineering, and Infrastructure.

  • Experience working with global and matrix organizations.
  • Prior exposure to employer branding, campus engagement, and recruitment marketing for

IT roles preferred.
