Position: Insurance Cross-Sell Business Manager (J Grade)

Role Overview
We are looking for a result-oriented and customer-focused professional for the role of Insurance Cross-Sell Business Manager.
The role involves driving revenue through the sale of Life Insurance, General Insurance, and other third-party financial products by building and managing a strong customer portfolio. The candidate will be responsible for developing his/her own customer base, engaging with HNI and retail customers, conducting need-based financial analysis, and proposing appropriate financial solutions. The role also requires active
telecalling and engagement with existing customers for renewals and cross-sell opportunities, along with building a strong sales funnel to ensure consistent business delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue through cross-selling Life Insurance, General Insurance, and other third- party financial products.
Develop and build an independent customer base through networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
Engage with HNI and mass affluent customers to understand their financial goals and protection needs.
Conduct need-based financial analysis and recommend appropriate insurance and financial solutions.
Proactively call existing customers for policy renewals, cross-sell opportunities, and relationship building.
Actively manage the renewal pipeline to ensure maximum persistency and revenue realization.
Build and maintain a strong sales funnel / pipeline to ensure consistent achievement of business targets.
Build strong relationships with insurance partners, internal teams, and customers to maximize business opportunities.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and opportunities in the system.
Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance requirements, and regulatory guidelines (RBI / IRDAI).
Skills & Competencies
Strong sales orientation with the ability to generate and convert leads independently.
Experience in customer relationship management and HNI engagement.
Ability to build and manage a strong sales funnel and renewal pipeline.
Good telecalling and persuasion skills for customer engagement and renewals.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Result-driven with a strong focus on revenue delivery and customer satisfaction.
Desired Qualifications
Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales / Marketing preferred).
Minimum 4+ years of experience in Insurance Sales / Financial Product Sales / Wealth
Experience in Life Insurance, General Insurance, and Third-Party Products is required.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
