Sutherland is inviting ambitious individuals to join our International Logistics KYC team at our Navi Mumbai facility. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and experienced professionals to build a career in a premier global BPM environment.

Job Overview

• Role: Process Associate (Voice)
• Process: Logistics (Know Your Customer)
• Location: 5th Floor, Liberty Tower, Airoli, Navi Mumbai
• Experience: Freshers & Graduates (Non-IT backgrounds only)

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting telephonic KYC verification for international logistics clients.
• Ensuring high levels of accuracy in data documentation and customer records.
• Maintaining professional communication standards while interacting with global stakeholders.
• Adhering to strict compliance and security protocols for sensitive customer information.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Minimum HSC (12th Pass) and above (Non-IT streams only).
• Communication: Mandatory excellent fluency in English (Verbal & Written).
• Availability: Must be ready for immediate joining.
• Flexibility: While we are hiring for Day Shifts, candidates should be open to rotational shifts based on business needs.

Shift & Compensation Structure

• Day Shifts: 6-day work week.
• Transport: * Company-provided transport within a 25km radius of Airoli Station (within hiring boundaries).
• Travel Allowance: 3,500 total (1,750 Pick + 1,750 Drop) for those using their own transport.
