Designation : Officer / Sr. Officer - Purchase

Experience : 2 + years

Industry : FMCG

Education : Any Graduate

Skills :

Excellent Negotiation Skills
Good numerical ability
Analytical Skills
Good Business Understanding

Role & responsibilities

1. Ensure product availability and maintain competitive pricing.

2. Negotiate with vendors and manage vendor relationships.

3. Track competitor prices and take corrective actions.

4. Coordinate with Store Manager on pricing and stock levels.

5. Conduct daily floor walks for availability, displays, and price boards.

6. Manage and monitor promoter staff performance.

7. Coordinate with Godown for smooth stock receipts and resolve vendor issues.

8. Support billing (GRN/Accounts).

Preferred candidate profile:- Required candidate from FMCG sales background
