Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver training on Edits & Denials management for medical coding teams
• Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions for coders
• Analyze denial trends and create training modules to reduce errors
• Provide hands-on guidance on coding accuracy, compliance, and quality improvement
• Collaborate with QA and Operations teams to enhance team performance
• Prepare training materials, reports, and performance trackers

Eligibility Criteria:

• Certification Mandatory: CPC / CIC / CCS
• Experience: 36 years in medical coding with trainer experience
• Strong knowledge of Edits & Denials processes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Additional Requirements:

• Immediate Joiners or candidates with up to 1-month notice period preferred
• Willingness to work from office (Noida location)
