Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Services Executive to join our team at Tata Capital Ltd in Anantapur. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in customer services, preferably in the finance industry.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
  • Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels.
  • Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer services, preferably in the finance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of customer relationship management principles.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Experience with customer service software and systems.
  • Educational qualifications: Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
