 Customer Service Executive - Mumbai (Malad)

Job Description

Role & responsibilities


  • Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and support tickets.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues by coordinating with internal teams.
  • Maintain documentation of customer interactions for future reference.
  • Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met for response and resolution times.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles and FAQs to improve self-service options.

Preferred candidate profile


  • Education: Bachelors degree preferred (any discipline)./ Hsc
  • Experience: 02 years in customer support, preferably in non-voice processes.
  • Communication: Strong written English; ability to draft clear and professional responses.
  • Soft Skills: Attention to detail, problem-solving, empathy, and patience.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.

Performance Indicators

  • Accuracy and clarity of written communication.
  • Response and resolution time adherence.
  • Customer satisfaction scores (CSAT/NPS).
  • Contribution to process improvements and documentation.
